When will my cards be sent?

Your cards will be sent one week before the date that is submitted on the upload.

Where will my cards be sent from?

Your cards will be sent from our printing facility in ONTARIO CANADA. This way your clients will see nothing but Canadian Postage on the envelope. 

What will be the return address?

Your cards will have the shipping address that you provide to us during the checkout process. 

What type of envelope can I expect?

Unless otherwise stated, your cards will come in a standard white envelope.

How do I upload the proper information?

Make sure that this template is accurately and completely filled out. 

How will I be billed?

You will be billed on the first of the month that your cards are sent out.

For example, if you have cards being sent out on the 4th, 16, 28th and 30th, you will be billed for 4 cards on the 1st of the month.
